THEAlbany Group kicked off the new homes season early this year with the opening of a new showhouse complex at their latest residential scheme Abbeystone, set on a site between Malahide and Swords in North Co Dublin.
Adjacent to the Gorse Hill scheme, which the same developers launched last year, Abbeystone will comprise around 280 apartments, duplexes and houses, when completed.
Mid-way between Malahide and Swords, this modern residential scheme has been designed to attract a mix of residents from first-time buyers, to families trading up.
