ELEVATEmash from mediocre to magical with a few simple additions.
I use 450g of Kerr Pinks or Desiree for the following recipes:
Pesto mash:
Add 120g of basil pesto, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Best with: Seared swordfish or roast beef.
Blue cheese mash:
Add a cup of crumbled Cashel Blue or Gorgonzola, several glugs of milk, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Best with: Steak.
Garlic and mascarpone mash:
Add three knobs of butter, large glug of milk, four cloves garlic roughly chopped and three-quarters of a tub of mascarpone cheese.
Best with: Steak or monkfish
