Elegant Dalkey "ve-bed perfect for comfortable family living

A PERFECT family house is pretty much how the owners of Kilmore, a large five-bed on Saval Park Road in Dalkey, south Dublin, describe this property. And with a floor area of 181sq m (1950sq ft), and a 110ft long garden, Kilmore has all the features families need.

As the owners say, it's a lovely road to live on . . . just five minutes' walk from Dalkey village and with several schools in the area, which is ideal when you're a family with two young children. The owners bought the property a couple of years ago and redecorated throughout to give it their own touch.
