ELLIERDevelopments have released the final phase of homes at their popular Hunterswood residential scheme on the Ballycullen Road in Dublin 24.
To date over 500 homes have sold here, resulting in sales of over 160m. Construction began in 2002 and now the scheme is almost complete, with most homes sold and occupied. And with five different styles on offer, Hunterswood has plenty of choice.
The two-bed townhouses and duplexes sold out in earlier phases but this final launch sees a good selection of three- and four-beds of various sizes.
On a north-facing slope at the foothills of the Dublin mountains, Hunterswood is just a few minutes drive from the Knocklyon exit of the M50, making it easy enough to access from most areas.
Nearby areas include Knocklyon, Templeogue, Tallaght and Rathfarnham.
On offer in this final phase are a selection of terraced, detached and semi-detached homes. A contemporary highdensity scheme, Hunterswood comprises several neat terraces of two- and threestorey homes, all finished in a mix of smooth render and redbrick, with attractive pine windows and doors.
Laid out in small streets and courtyards, the overall scheme has been designed to form a series of interlinked civic spaces, with open green areas, cycle paths, pedestrian walkways and larger amenity areas to the north and south ends of the site.
The Acorn is a three-bed, two-storey terraced house with a floor area of 93sq m (1,000sq ft), while The Spruce is a slightly larger three-bed house laid out over three floors. The third floor has a large main bedroom with en suite and good-sized dressing room.
The Walnut is a three-bed, two-storey corner house with a floor area of 100sq m (1,080sq ft), while The Oak is a four-bed house of 123sq m (1,320sq ft), which comes in detached and semi-detached styles.
The Cyprus is a four-bed split-level house where steps lead down to the kitchen and up to the dining area from the hall level. Divided just by steps, the open-plan kitchen and diningroom runs the width of the house and is flooded with natural light.
The main reception room is at hall level, while the bedrooms, one with en suite, are laid out at first and second level.
