Nenagh centre draws Woodies and Supervalu



WOODIES DIY and Supervalu have been secured to anchor the Stereame Centre in Nenagh, which is being developed by P Elliott & Co Ltd in partnership with Tony O'Shea, Michael Hogan, Jerry Ryan and David Mackey.

Woodies DIY has secured 3252 sq m together with a garden centre of 930 sq m while Supervalu will trade adjacent to Woodies in a unit of 1435 sq m.

The remaining "ve retail warehousing units comprise 700 sq m each and deals have been completed with World of Wonder and Expert Electrical for two of these.

The development is taking place on a 96 acre site incorporating a retail park and convenience store, approximately "ve hundred residential units, a hotel and leisure centre, motor showrooms, nursing home, medical centre, a drive-thru restaurant and light industrial units.
