Atis Real Harrington Bannon is seeking tenants for four retail units, which are part of the recently completed South Gate development at the junction of Cork and Ardree Street in Dublin 8.
South Gate is a mixed-use scheme that also includes 129 apartments and a creche. The developers have also built a plaza to the front of the scheme creating a focal point for the area.
The units range from 68 sq m to approximately 142 sq m and would suit among others a coffee shop, bookmakers, convenience store and creche operator.
