New estate agent charges fees of less than 1,000, on any sale

ANYONE thinking of selling their home in the Dublin 22 and 24 areas might just be in for a windfall, with the launch of new estate agency, MoveHome. ie. The first estate agency to offer a low-cost selling package, MoveHome. ie charges just 999 plus VAT for all residential sales regardless of price.

"The Irish public are tired of being ripped-off, " says Ronan Crinion, managing director and founder of MoveHome. ie.

"The cost of moving home is extortionate. What separates us from other estate agents is that we offer our clients a fixed fee of just 999 plus VAT.

"This fixed fee applies to all house sales regardless of the value of the property, " says Crinion And with average fees for selling a home at around 1% of the sale price, vendors can save between 3,000 and 4,000 on a property selling for around 350,000 to 450,000, according to Crinion.

Newly opened, MoveHome. ie is currently specialising in the Dublin 22 and 24 areas.

"We don't need to charge high fees because we operate an efficient, cost-effective service.

"Our message to clients is think what you can save when you sell your home with us.

Quite literally, thousands of euros to put towards a fantastic holiday, a new kitchen, a suite of furniture or even a lump sum for the new mortgage.

"We use our website, sales team, literature, signage and display window at the West Mall at the Square in Tallaght, where around 100,000 people pass each week, " adds Crinion.

MoveHome. ie can be contacted on 01-4503999.
