Modern meets Georgian in Dublin 2 office building

THE latest high-pro"le design blending the new with the old will be a state of the art office building in Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2, developed by Treasury Holdings. Due for completion in the autumn, Kingram House will comprise 1,525 sq m (16,415 sq ft) of floor space, incorporating an existing two-storey Georgian building and a new ultramodern structure.

The finished project, designed by Arthur Gibney and Associates, will have raised access floors, suspended ceilings with category two lighting, air conditioning, a high- speed lift and a number of carparking spaces. Letting agent Hamilton Osborne King is quoting 485 per sq m.

This is a building with appeal for professional practices and medium-sized companies, or as as an embassy, according to HOK.
