REMEMBER Peter McDonagh who got that bear hug from Bertie Ahern as the TV cameras captured FF's victory celebrations in 2002? McDonagh worked as an advisor in Government Buildings until . . . as the Taoiseach told the Dail last week . . . "he took up a post in the Czech Republic". Ahern told the Dail last week that McDonagh is no longer on the government payroll, but interestingly he "possibly keeps in contact with people in party headquarters". A long distance secret project, perhaps?
