The scheme of 150 units comprises a mix of two and three-bed townhouses, two and three bedroom apartments and three bedroom duplex houses, with prices from 295,000 for a 69 sq m (750sq ft) own door, two bedroomed apartment. Work has commenced on the site, with completions expected by January 2007 under main contractors Brian M.Durkan and Company, who together with Devondale developers, have built a steady reputation for popular homes in good locations.

Adjacent to the Citywest Golf Course, the new homes will also be convenient to every amenity, from schools to shops, restaurants and sporting facilities. The Liffey Valley Centre and Tallaght Town Centre are also within easy access, while one of the biggest employers next to Carrig Court is the National Digital Park with a staff of some 6,500. At the new housing scheme, there will additional facilities on site including a creche. Work has already started on the new Citywest Shopping Centre, with Dunnes Stores as anchor tenant. The proposed extension to the Luas will bring the Tallaght line to Citywest.

The layout of the homes flow around a number of curved roadways, with the majority of parking located underground, and thereby leaving ample green space for landscaping. An indicator of the quality of these homes when complete is the other schemes in which the developer and contractor have completed and these include Esker Manor in Lucan; Charlesland Grove and Park in Greystones; and York Court in Dun Laoghaire.
