Keane to head CBRE's UK investment of"ce

CB RICHARD Ellis (CBRE) has appointed Fergus Keane as director of Irish investment in its London office, with special responsibility for sourcing British commercial property investment opportunities for Irish clients.

Keane was previously a director with HOK's UK affliate, Knight Frank, heading its Irish investment desk, and he was involved in the acquisition of over stgĀ£100m of commercial properties there in 2005.

CBRE director of International Investment, Caroline Mc Carthy, said Irish investors spent over 5bn on British commercial property last year and CBRE is now "in pole position to capitalise on this ever-increasing demand for quality property investment opportunities in the UK".
