PEOPLE don't pay any real attention to film crews in NYC. They're a daily occurrence; at best a mild curiosity, more often than not a pain in the ass. On an average day last week, we ran across The Sopranos, filming two streets over from ours, inadvertently wandered onto the set of Law And Order: Criminal Intent and wound up in Tribeca, where Dubliner Kirsten Sheridan was busy shooting her new feature August Rush with Jonathan Rhys-Myers and Robin Williams. Try walking around Manhattan and NOT running into a celebrity sometime. It's harder than you might think. Particularly when you have a talent for spotting obscure character actors. Hey look, everyone . . . it's Jay O Sanders!
