Church going in Offaly

UNICORN Homes scored a notable success with the recent launch of its pretty Tullamore residential scheme on the edge of the town when 120 units sold at the launch of the first phase.

Agents Michael Duignan are compiling a waiting list for the next phase in this mixed development of two-, three- and four-bed homes when 50 units go on sale in about six weeks.

Church Hill is just at the edge of Tullamore.

The completion later this year of the N4 to Tullamore will make this town much more accessible to Dublin.

According to Michael Duignan, around 5.000 new homes will be needed in Tullamore in the coming years, with a new 140m Midlands General Hospital due to open soon and the Department of Finance due to relocate there.

When completed there will be 300 homes in a variety of styles, ranging from a two-bed of 83 sq m (891 sq ft) to a fourbed of 145 sq m (1560 sq ft).

Three-beds are around 95 sq m (1027 sq ft). Traditional in style, most houses are finished in brick and have hardwood windows.

All homes are broadband compatible and have an option for Smart Technology wiring.

Price: two-beds from 224,950, three- and fourbeds from 260,000.

Agent: Michael Duignan Properties 057-9324800.
