Man 'sorry' for digger incident



A 31-YEAR-OLDman appeared in court yesterday following the destruction of a family home in Co Down with a mechanical digger on Thursday.

A solicitor for Hugh Burgess of Ballygowan said his client was sorry about the incident and denied the charge of endangering the life of the family.
