On the first floor, a health and beauty clinic has a 35-year lease from 2000, with a rent of 23,000 per annum. Neither business is affected by the investor's decision to sell the property.
Lennox is also selling Hills Garages, a property opposite Bell House, which comprises a motor showrooms, a workshop facility together with stores and parking compound as well a self-contained of"ce building occupied by a leading firm of local solicitors.
There is a boutique sandwiched between the showrooms and the of"ce building which is not affected by, or included, in this offering, being in third-party ownership.
Neighbouring occupiers include Super Valu, An Post, the EBS, Xtravision, Greystones & District Credit Union, and Bank of Ireland.
The Hills site represents probably the last significant opportunity to develop on the main street in Greystones. No guide has been placed on the property which for sale by tender on Tuesday 4 April.
