AIB LEAGUE DIVISION ONE DUNGANNON 18 UL BOHEMIAN 42 DUNGANNON crashed to a heavy home defeat, conceding five tries at Stevenson Park.
The Tyrone men led only briefly early in the first half, but were chasing the game once the visitors went in for their first try.
Ben Martin's early penalty was cancelled out by an excellent Tyrone Howe try in the 17th minute, the former Ireland winger going over in the right corner after half-back pair Jamie Turkington and Gareth Steenson had combined.
But it was the Munster men who forced the pace for the remainder of the first half, and they regained the lead on 23 minutes with a Fergal Lawlor drop goal.
They made it 11-5 five minutes before the break when number eight Aidan O'Gorman charged over for a try in the corner, and took a 14-8 lead into the break after Steenson and Martin had exchanged penalties.
The home side went back in front when Howe intercepted to go over for his second try two minutes into the second half, but again, the lead lasted just five minutes.
O'Gorman went in for his second, and the agony was piled on as Bohemian punished a series of unforced errors with two tries from substitute Anthony Hartigan, and a stoppage time fifth touchdown by full-back Cathal Garvey.
