HOUSE prices may be rising fast . . . but not quite so fast as the gremlins in our property supplement would have it on our page two 'On View' slot. Last week, we featured this very pretty, red-brick end-of-terrace residence at No 18 Beechwood Avenue, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, up for auction this week, 11 April, and stating, incorrectly, an AMV of 1.5m. The correct AMV should have read 1.15m. Which sounds like a bit of a bargain for this very appealing and stylish 145sq m (1,564 sq ft) home, which has three bedrooms, hall, sittingroom, dining room, kitchen, large bathroom, separate studio . . . and no gremlins.
