*Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce 2.39 / 150ml A rich, tangy sauce with good intensity of flavour. No artificial ingredients.

Pleasant aftertaste and nice balance of salt. More expensive than the others, but worth it. *****

Marks & Spencer Dark Soy Sauce 1.79 / 150ml Very pale brown colour with an extra light consistency.

No artificial ingredients yet far too salty to allow any other flavour through. **

Sharwood's Rich Soy Sauce 1.36 / 150ml Deep black colour and pleasantly sweet. Despite lots of additives this soy manages a good balance between sweetness and saltiness making it a popular choice. ****
