PAWEL PAWLIKOWSKI, who has established himself as Britain's most imaginative new director with My Summer of Love and Last Resort, has started shooting his new features The Restraint of Beasts. It's a black comedy adapted from a Magnus Mills cult novel of the same title about two Scottish labourers and their English foreman who are sent to build a fence of a desolate hillside in the North of England. It turns out the locals have other ideas. Rhys Ifans, Eddie Marsan, Ben Wishaw and Warren Clarke head the cast.
