Sheen was ordered to stay at least 300 feet from actress Richards, her home, her car and their two young daughters except during supervised visits with the children, according to court documents.

The judge granted Sheen one-day-a-week visits with two-year-old Sam and 10-month-old Lola and scheduled another hearing for 12 May.
