FRIDAY 5 May is the firstever National Water Cooler Appeal Day. Hit your water cooler, fill your glass and make a donation to Water for Africa, a joint venture between Concern and Tipperary Water. Providing funding for water development projects in Africa, every cent collected will go towards droughtravaged areas. ( 14 could buy two containers to collect and store water, 60 could help a family buy a donkey and two jerry cans to carry water from miles away and 100 could help buy a water pump for an entire community. ) Look out for Tipperary Natural Mineral Water's specially branded bottles too that contribute to water projects in the Horn of Africa.
