IRISH Coastal Properties is looking for interested buyers to invest in a new pub/restaurant and shop in Querrin village, on the west Clare coast. And according to selling agent Tim Counihan, this new development offers a chance of a lifetime to buyers who are looking for a complete lifestyle chance.
"This might suit a couple who want to run a pub and restaurant. The shell of the development will cost around 360,000 to build, and this is the ideal time for new owners to come on board with us and have a hand in the design. They can decide right from the start whether they want something very modern or opt for the traditional look, " explains Counihan.
On top of the building costs, a pub/restaurant licence would be around 170,000, and fit-out will obviously depend on what style and finish the new owners choose.
A very pretty west Clare village overlooking the Dingle Peninsula across the Shannon Estuary, Querrin is at the edge of a special area of conservation. Nearby towns include Kilrush, Kilkee and Doonbeg.
Irish Coastal Properties has also launched a new phase of homes in Querrin, known as The Weir and Fisherman's Cottages. A pretty development of 18 homes just off the main road to Kilrush, these residential dormer cottages are traditional style and are laid out around a green. All homes come with traditional-style handmade kitchens, solid timber flooring throughout, en-suite bathrooms, landscaped front and back gardens with built-in barbecues and feature cottage-style staircases. Prices start from 275,000. Further details from Tim Counihan 086-8226099.
