Cardiac death group launches campaign



A MAJOR awareness campaign on Sudden Cardiac Death was launched yesterday. One young person dies here every week from SCD, said Mary Vasseghi, chairperson of the SCD support group. She said hundreds of lives could be saved annually if resuscitation equipment was available in all public places.
