JUST released this weekend is the final phase of homes at Lake View, a Section 23 scheme of threeand four-bed detached and semi-detached houses built on a waterfront setting in County Leitrim.
Developers Kesh Properties has built just 18 homes on a site adjacent to Kesh Lough. An attractive scheme with a private marina, these homes are expected to sell well. A designated Section 23 development, both investors and owneroccupiers qualify for special tax-breaks.
The development is in the centre of the village of Keshcarrigan, close to shops, post office and other local amenities. A popular tourist spot, particularly for those on fishing and boating holidays, Keshcarrigan is on the Shannon-Erne waterway, about eight miles from Carrick-on-Shannon, a busy town with plenty of restaurants, pubs and local amenities.
Traditional in style, houses here are a mix of threeand four-bed semis and detached. Three-bed houses are a decent size at around 117square metres (1269 square feet), while four-beds are also spacious at 169 square metres (1820 square feet).
Accommodation in all homes includes a hall, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, main bathroom and en-suite.
A new showhouse is open on-site for public viewing.
Price: three- and four-bed houses from 235,000.
