Last weekend around 46 apartments and 13 threebed houses were snapped up, solely from a database of interested buyers who had registered their names with selling agents Hamilton Osborne King.

The scheme's location in the south Dublin suburb of Rathfarnham was one of the key selling features, coupled with the high-spec finish, says Naomi White of HOK.

"We didn't even advertise this development. There was a hugely positive response to the houses and apartments, largely because of the great quality, design and finish and small nature of the development, and its location, " says White.

The last couple of units still available include a twobed apartment of 72 square metres (831 square feet) and a three-bed of 84 square metres (910 square feet).

A collaboration between Park Developments and CPM architects, Boden Heath is a stylish development, close to local amenities including St Enda's Park, Marley Park, and Knocklyon and Rathfarnham shopping centres. The scheme is just off the M50 and will adjoin the new South Eastern Motorway.

Standard features include fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, and floor and wall tiling. Bathrooms come fully tiled and have built-in units and a heated towel rail.

All bedrooms have builtin wardrobes, while other standard features include thermostatically-controlled gas central heating, recessed low-voltage downlighting throughout, oak internal doors and alarm system. A designated parking space is included in the price.
