WATERFORD trainer Paul Lenihan was a relieved man, following the four-length victory of Drumavish Lass under Ruby Walsh in the Mallow (Mares) Maiden Hurdle at Cork yesterday.
Stadium Project, from the Tony Mullins stable, was given a strong ride by 7lb claimer Mark Watts to land the Kanturk Maiden Hurdle by a neck.
Meanwhile, Mareoflot made it three wins from four since joining Eric McNamara with a win in the Martinstown Opportunity Handicap Chase when she justified favouritism by two lengths.
