O'CALLAGHAN Properties has let its newly constructed London office block to a highprofile international financial services company. Perella Weinberg has established its European headquarters in a six-storey building on Grafton Street in Mayfair.
The firm has committed to a 16.5 year term on a rent roll of £1.75m ( 2.54m) per annum.
The office space comprises 2,043sq m (22,000 sq ft) arranged over the lower ground and first to fifth floors, with average floor plates of around 325sq m-371sq m (3,500sq ft-4,000sq ft).
The self-contained ground floor unit of 313sq m (3,378sq ft) is under offer.
The financial services firm will provide corporate advisory and investment management services from its new Mayfair location. The firm has also opened offices in the General Motors Building in New Yo r k .
