DEPARTMENT store chain Heatons is among the retailers considering a bid for 11 outlets currently operated by Roches Stores, according to industry sources. British fashion and homewear retailer Debenhams has already held discussions with Roches. House Of Fraser and Primark, which owns the Penneys chain and has its head of"ce in Dublin, have also been mooted as potential buyers.
