The company is seeking to assign its lease on the top two floors of St Stephen's Green House, on the corner of Earlsfort Terrace, and the plan is to move to Dublin's suburbs.

Greencore employs fewer than 20 people in the headquarters building, with numbers halved in the past "ve years as the company tightened its belt.
