Transsexuals:

1 in 4 married A NEW study has revealed that more than one in four transsexuals who get therapy in Ireland have been or are married. The study says one in 30,000 people suffer from some form of gender identity disorder, and that early treatment could help avoid complications with spouses and children.

The study also warns of a lack of guidelines and services for patients here.
