Directski. com acquired the Northern Ireland travel operator last week. Directski said it will now focus on the UK for further growth. The market already accounts for approx 60% of Directski. com bookings. The company added that it carried 7,000 passengers last and this year is on target to carry 17,000 passengers. With the merged entity this will jump to 35,000 passengers. The combined turnover is expected to reach 40m this year. Among the investors in Directski. com are ACT Venture Capital. It invested 3m in the "rm in 2004. Directski said it may also complete further acquisitions in the UK market.
