Set your controls to Cruise Park
June Edwards

THE new homes season kicked off early with the launch of the final phase of Cruise Park at Tyrellstown in Dublin 15.

One of the biggest new neighbourhoods in west Dublin, with its own purposebuilt town centre, Tyrellstown was first launched five years ago, and caters for a mix of first-time buyers and those trading up to bigger family homes.

Cruise Park is a short walk from all the local amenities including Superquinn, Lidl, a medical centre, creche, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and other small shops.

On offer are a good range of two-, three- and four-bed houses from terraced townhouses to large three-storey, four-beds and detached homes with garages.

The Holly and The Fennell are both two-beds which range in size from 69sq m to 79sq m (740 to 850sq ft) and come in a choice of mid-, end-of-terrace and semi-detached, while The Willow, The Rose and The Spruce are three-bed homes all with a floor area of 95sq m (1,000sq ft).

The Honeysuckle is a fourbed home with a floor area of 124sq m (1,330sq ft), and is available as a semi-detached, mid- or end-of-terrace home.

Laid out over three floors accommodation comprises a hall, reception room and kitchen cum dining room at ground floor level, while upstairs on the first floor there is a second reception room, and main en-suite bedroom, with the three remaining bedrooms and bathroom at second-floor level.

The Heather also has a floor area of 124sq m (1,330sq ft) and is available as a mid- or end-of-terrace house.

Lay-out differs slightly here with the entire ground floor taken up with a very spacious open-plan kitchen and diningroom. The first floor has a reception room and main en suite bedroom, with the other three bedrooms and bathroom at top-floor level.

The Orchid is a semidetached four-bed with garage, and has a floor area of 107sq m (1,150sq ft).

Price: two-, three- and four-bed houses from 342,000 to 512,000 Agent: McPeake Auctioneers, 01-8272300
