JACKSON Homes released the last 22 apartments at their upmarket Bloomfield Park development in Dublin 4 this weekend.
A stylish scheme in one of south Dublin's best neighbourhoods, property here doesn't come cheap, with one-bed units priced from 640,000. The good news is that you get a car space for free!
Close to the heart of Donnybrook village, Bloomfield Park is about 30 minutes walk from St Stephen's Green and is also just minutes walk from Ranelagh village. Both Donnybrook and Ranelagh villages have lots of trendy cafes, restaurants and speciality shops, and the area is served by several bus routes.
When completed there will be 186 homes on-site, including 14 townhouses which won't be launched until next Spring, along with a purpose-built creche.
On offer in this phase are a range of one and two-bed apartments and some top-ofthe-range penthouses ranging in size from 105sq m to 265sq m (1138sq ft to 2852sq ft).
One-beds are between 51sq m and 55sq m (549sq ft and 598sq ft), while two-beds are a little larger than average, ranging from 7sq m2 to 83sq m (777sq ft to 897sq ft).
As expected homes here are finished really well and come with Italian vanilla high-gloss kitchens with granite worktops and integrated Neff appliances, Spanish cherrywood veneered doors throughout, and top notch bathrooms with Italian Crema Marfil porcelain tiling, sandstone surfaces to vanity area, and cherrywood panelling.
Apartments are selling from plans at the moment with completions expected around next May, but potential buyers get a very good idea of what's on offer from the marketing suite and show unit viewing on-site.
Price: one-bed apartments from 640,000, twobeds from 880,000 and penthouses from 1.55m.
