ELLIER Developments has released another phase of its successful Hunterswood residential scheme in Dublin.
According to selling agents Sherry FitzGerald New Homes, the scheme has proved so popular since its launch in 2002 that 23 home-owners have traded up to larger houses in the same development.
On the Ballycullen Road, close to the Knocklyon exit of the M50, Hunterswood comprises a good mix of homes catering for both starters and traders-up.
On offer in this phase is a selection of three- and four-bed detached and semi-detached houses. The Acorn and The Walnut are both three-bed, two-storey houses ranging in size from 93 to 100sq m (1,000 to 1,080sq ft).
The Spruce is a three-bed house of 98sq m (1060sq ft), which is laid out over three floors, with the main bedroom, en-suite and dressing room taking up the whole top floor.
The Oak is a good-sized, fourbed, three-storey house of 123sq m (1320sq ft), with a large garden.
All homes come with private gardens, while a three-acre green area is incorporated in the development. Standard features include natural gas central heating, timber windows, Nolan fitted kitchens, built-in wardrobes and beech veneered internal doors.
Price: three-beds from 490,000 and four-beds from 558,000 Agent: Sherry FitzGerald New Homes 01-6671888
