BARINA Construction released another 50 homes at its Primrose Gate development in Celbridge, Co Kildare. A large scheme which will eventually comprise 350 units, Primrose Gate provides a good mix of apartments, duplexes and houses.
Celbridge is one of the more popular commuter towns, with a good transport network including a daily train service to Dublin from Hazelhatch station, and close proximity to the M4. The development is also close to the Grand Canal walkways, GAA grounds and tennis club, while the nearby village has a good range of shops, cafes and services. Celbridge is probably best-known for its magnificent Palladian mansion, Castletown House, built by the Connolly family in the early 18th century.
The town has good rental potential with companies like Intel and Hewlett-Packard nearby. Under construction in the area is The National Laboratories, which is expected to boost the demand for residential accommodation in the area.
A stylish residential scheme, Primrose Gate combines a mix of traditional redbrick with elements of modern design. Incorporating a lot of open parkland, Primrose Gate also includes a formal garden and several water features.
Known as Willow Square, this latest phase in the development offers a selection of two-bed apartments and townhouses, and three-bed duplexes and townhouses.
