HANLY HOMES released another 50 apartments and duplexes at Milner's Square, their 120 million North Dublin apartment development in Santry Dublin 9.
So far this scheme has sold well, with all units from previous launches snapped up fairly quickly. Work is well under way here and when completed by 2007, there will be 300 apartments and duplexes on-site made up mostly of two-bed units.
Designed by architects O'Mahony Pike, Milner's Square is a contemporary development where each unit has large windows to maximise the natural light, along with goodsized balconies or terraces.
On Shanowen Road, on the city side of the Omni Shopping Centre, this scheme is a short walk from all facilities including shops, restaurants, cineplex and bus stops. The city centre is about five miles away, while Dublin Airport is only 10 minutes' drive.
Other nearby facilities within walking distance include Morton Stadium, and the new park, lake, hotel and restaurant at Santry Demesne.
Apartments at Milner's Square are also expected to have strong rental potential, with Beaumont Hospital and Dublin City University both in close proximity.
On offer in this phase are a mix of apartments and duplexes. Two-bed apartments vary from 71 to 88sq m (764 to 945sq ft), while two-bed duplexes are very spacious at 95sq m (1,020sq ft).
Price: one-bed apartments from 350,000; two-beds from 400,000; and two-bed duplexes from 445,000 Agent: Hooke & MacDonald 01-6318402
