ROUND-UP

Search for Dublin woman continues
THE search for missing Dublin grandmother Winnie Brady (59) continued in Bosnia last night, some 11 days after she went missing while on pilgrimage in Medjugore. A spokeswoman for the Department of Foreign Affairs told the Sunday Tribune that the search involving teams of police and up to 200 volunteers was due to resume this morning.

Brady suddenly went missing around 1pm on 6 September, and she was last seen in the canteen of her accommodation block requesting a glass of ice.

Man killed in road accident
A MAN in his 60s was killed in a road accident in Co Westmeath in the early hours of yesterday morning. He died when the car he was driving collided with another car near Moate at around 1.30am.

Another person injured in the crash was said to be in a comfortable condition at Tullamore Hospital.

Hunt goes on for three-man gang
POLICE on both sides of the border yesterday continued their hunt for a three-man gang who went on a day-long crime spree last Thursday. In the space of a few hours, the men hijacked seven vehicles, crashing three of them.

Three drivers were assaulted, including an 81year-old woman who was badly injured. The car used by the gang was yesterday found in Rathfarnham, Co Dublin.

PSNI question murder suspect
POLICE were yesterday continuing to question a man in connection with he murder of a 50-year-old man in Ballymena, Co Antrim. The man's body was discovered on Friday in a block of flats in the town. Police do not believe there was any sectarian motive for the killing.

Clarification
IN OUR edition of Sunday 6 August, comments were attributed to Stephen Minton, from the School of Education in Trinity College, Dublin, in relation to claims that had been made at the 5th International Conference on Workplace Bullying. Mr Minton has asked us to point out that he never made those comments, and indeed that the conference had never heard such claims.

Mr Minton also points out that comments attributed to him in relation to the RTE show Celebrity You're A Star were in fact made about the general arena of reality TV, specifically Big Brother and Wo r ld Wrestling Entertainment.

They were not made in response to a description of Green Party TD Dan Boyle as "the fat guy" by Celebrity You're A Star judge Louis Walsh. We apologise for any embarassment caused by the errors, which occurred in the editing process.
