MENOLLY HOMES has released yet another section of The Coast, the new residential neighbourhood being built on the old racecourse at Baldoyle in Dublin 13. On offer in this phase are 122 apartments, duplexes and houses.
Set to be one of the biggest self-contained neighbourhoods on Dublin's northside, The Coast will have its own Dart station, shops, school, leisure centre, creche, bank, post office, supermarket and other retail units. The scheme is aimed at a mix of buyers from young first-timers looking for a one-bed apartment to families looking for large four-bed houses.
The site, which adjoins a 180-acre parkland, is just off the Coast Road and Grange Road in Baldoyle, and is easily accessible to the M50, M1 and Dublin Airport, while nearby areas include Sutton, Howth, Malahide and Artane.
The developers also have plans to incorporate playing fields and a park into the scheme.
This part of the development is known as Myrtle at The Coast, and comprises a good mix of units. One-bed apartments range in size from 47 to 52sq m (510 to 560sq ft), while two-bed apartments and townhouses range from 56 to 74sq m (600 to 800sq ft).
Three-bed apartments, duplexes and terraced houses vary from 83 to 102sq m (890 to 1100sq ft), while fourbed duplexes, terraced houses and semis are from 102 to 138sq m (1100 to 1490sq ft).
Standard features in all homes include contemporary kitchens with granite worktops, Porcelanosa floor and wall tiling, Cawley's wardrobes, and gas heating.
Price: one, two, three and fourbed apartments, duplexes and houses from 310,000 to 740,000 plus Agent: Sherry FitzGerald New Homes 01-6671888
