Built by Maplewood Developments, this landmark project aims to set a new standard for future developments of this scale by creating a self-contained and sustainable community. This new rail link is planned to open spring 2007.

Two quality bus corridors are also planned as part of improving commuter links.

The Adamstown link road is due for completion autumn 2006. This link will allow residents direct access to the new outer ring road.

Designed by architects Fenton Simons and Associates, the units feature customdesigned kitchens, high spec bathrooms and en-suites, builtin wardrobes and extensive wall and floor tiling. Other features include gas-fired central heating and high-speed internet access.

Situated at the northern edge of Adamstown, the Paddocks, is close to the Superquinn shopping centre.

The development will also include a new local centre with shops etc, and the primary school will be located at Tandy's Lane Village nearby.
