A touch of Hollystown glamour
Brenda McNally

STRONG interest is expected in the second phase at Chapelwood, Hollystown, Dublin 15.

The first phase of the development sold out the weekend of launch last May and these 35 units are likely to be snapped up quickly.

Located opposite the Hollystown golf course, this 90-unit high spec development is comprised of three-bed semi-detached houses as well as four-bed semi-detached and detached houses. The majority of houses in this phase will be four-bed units.

Just 14km from Dublin, Hollystown has the benefit of a rural village feel with good transport links to the city centre. There are two bus routes from Tyrrelstown and a newly established dedicated bus service to the city. Dublin Airport and the M50 are also within easy reach.

For shopping and leisure facilities, the new Tyrrelstown centre is close by and the Blanchardstown shopping centre is approximately 10 minutes drive away.

Hollystown Developments hope to raise the bar with these luxury homes which range in size from 137sqm (1,370sq ft) for the three-bed to 173sqm (1,860sq ft) for the four-bed.

Features include high quality kitchens with granite worktops and Bosch integrated appliances, jacuzzi baths, extensive wall and floor tiling and natural stone fireplace with gas flame fire.

Price: three-bed semi-detached from 545,000; four-bed detached from 45,000 Agent: McPeake Auctioneers, 01-827 2300
