See the light off the Navan Road

THE latest phase of Capel Developments' extremely popular Earlswood scheme in Rathborne, The Crescent will be launched along with three show apartments this weekend. Located just off the Navan Road adjacent to the Ashtown Railway, The Crescent is described as the flagship properties on the site, due to their larger than average sizes and light-filled interiors.

The initial launch will comprise of 32 two-bed apartments and three-bed duplexes ranging in size from 78-145sq m (840 - 1,561sq ft). Bathrooms and en-suites boast fully tiled Spanish porcelain, with oversized shower trays and 'rainfall' showerheads. Purchasers who sign contracts on time will be provided with built in eye-level oven and micowave.

The three-bed duplexes feature two en-suites with the master bedroom enjoying a full bathroom.

Other features include large balconies and sun terraces with views of the Dublin Mountains and the Tolka Valley.

Close to Castleknock, Blanchardstown and Liffey Valley Shopping Centres, purchasers have a host of amenities from retail therapy to sports and entertainment all within easy reach.
