FOLLOWING exceptionally strong sales of over 220 units since its launch last week, selling agent Douglas Newman Good are releasing a further 100 units at The Paddocks in Adamstown.
The number of units sold equates to over 80m and shows just how much interest there still is in the first-time buyer's market.
Coinciding with the release of further units, the multi-lingual buyers guide and brochure are also now available, catering for the large numbers of foreign nationals now buying property in Ireland.
Built by Maplewood Developments, this landmark project aims to set a new standard for future large-scale developments.
The units available include a mix of two- and three-bed apartments, threebed duplexes and two-, three- and fourbed houses in a wide variety of layouts and styles. Currently under construction, completions are expected from spring 2007 onwards.
Located off the N4 and the Newcastle Road, a major feature of The Paddocks is its attention to detail.
When completed, the 700-unit development will have every facility on its doorstep including schools, shops, leisure amenities as well as transport infrastructure.
Designed by architects Fenton Simons and Associates, the units feature custom-designed kitchens, high-spec bathrooms and ensuites, built-in wardrobes and extensive wall and floor tiling.
