The modern units have generous proportions. The twobed apartments range from 63sq m to 68sq m (675sq ft to 731sq ft). The three-bed houses span 125sq m (1,345sq ft) and are priced from 459,00 and the four-bed houses which are end of terrace span 143sq m (1,539sq ft) and start from 499,000 Beside the M50 motorway, Citygate has easy access to Dublin city and the airport, as well as a host of shopping facilities at Blanchardstown and Liffey Valley.
