Get into the Grove Court
Brenda McNally

DEVELOPERMichael McNamara & Company has just released the final phase of 25 apartments along with show units at the recently completed Grove Court. Situated in the heart of Blanchardstown, the development is well served by transport, shopping and a host of amenities.

Comprised of 79 apartments, Grove Court is a new scheme of one-, two- and three-bed apartments ideally located opposite Blanchardstown Town Centre and the striking new Scott Tallon Walker-designed Fingal County Council Offices, giving residents access to a wide range of amenities on their doorstep.

Apart from its core shopping element the Blanchardstown Town Centre provides a number of other facilities including a medical centre and the Draiocht theatre.

A major advantage of the new Grove Court development is that it is situated right on the N3, which gives easy access, via the M50, to the entire Dublin area and surrounding counties. The area is extremely well serviced by an extensive bus route network which makes commuting to the city and other key locations extremely quick. It is also convenient to Castleknock train station. Blanchardstown is expected to benefit from the government's Transport 21 scheme which will see the Metro stop close to the Blanchardstown Town Centre.

This line will connect with the Red and Green Luas lines as well as Dart/suburban rail lines.

Grove Court is predominately comprised of two-bed apartments which overlook attractive landscaped gardens and/or extensive parkland. The apartments have been designed to ensure maximum natural light. Many of the apartments have very large floor-to-ceiling windows and because the lowest level is on the fifth floor, all the apartments have particularly attractive views.

High-spec features include fully tiled kitchens with downlighters, cherrywood fitted units, black granite worktops and appliances as standard. Bedrooms include built-in wardrobes. The apartments have good sizes:

one-beds span (50sq m to 55sq m (538sq ft to 610sq ft);

two-beds span 60sq m to 76sq m (645sq ft to 815sq ft); threebeds span 96sq m (1,030 sq ft).

Price: one-beds from 295,000;

two-beds from 360,000; threebeds from 425,000 Agent: Hooke & MacDonald, 01-631 8402
