THE first phase of an exclusive small housing scheme is being launched at the 1,300 acre Walled Estate, Farnham, Co Cavan. Reinventing the concept of Country Estate for a new era, owner occupiers and investors at the scheme will have the entire state for a playground. (1120sq ft) to 233sq m (2510sq ft). Prices range from 400,000 to 700,000 depending on unit type and location.
All the units are finished to a five-star standard in keeping with the quality of the overall estate.
Units on release in this phase also qualify for generous tax incentives against all rental income in the Republic.
