Young Motors, the specialist Range Rover and Opel dealership is relocating from its 1.05 acre site on the Dublin Road, immediately adjacent to the landmark Dublin Road roundabout and extension to the Kilkenny Ring Road to a new purpose built premises on the Waterford Road.

Until the move it will remain in occupation for one year at a licence fee of 60,000 per annum, which will provide an income for any developer during the planning process.
