Terenure site likely to make 34m
Roisin Carabine

A PRIME residential site in of the city's most sought-after suburbs in Dublin 6 is expected to create strong interest from developers when it goes to tender 27 October at a guide price of excess 34m.

At the junction of Harold's Cross Road and Mount Tallant Avenue, the 3.4 acre site couldn't be better located. It also benefits from a 50-metre frontage to Harold's Cross Road and is zoned Z1 and Z10 under the Dublin City Development Plan 2005, which provides for improvement of residential amenities and facilitation of mixed-use development.

According to Atisreal Harrington Bannon, which is handling the sale, the site is capable of accommodating in excess of 200 high-quality residential units, subject to planning permission.

Given its location, just 20 minutes' walk from St Stephen's Green, and the proven sales record for the area, demand for residential units on the site would be strong.

For further information contact Atisreal Harrington Bannon on 01-661 1233.
