The company said the purchase, which will bring the number of its employees to more than 30, is the first step of an expansion plan. Company CEO Brian Whyte, a former sales manager with Canon, said that the move will consolidate its position as a leader in the services it offers.

Founded 10 years ago, the company recently launched a software division that will enable smarter solutions for its corporate clients. One solution, for example, will route documents in a corporate network to the lowestcost printer, potentially offering cost efficiencies to large organisations, Whyte said.
