Brenda McNally

RIPE for the picking, this weekend sees the launch of Garristown Orchard, a small, exclusive development of family homes located in Garristown, north county Dublin.

House-hunters will also be able to view show houses at the development.

Developed by Unicorn Homes, these are traditional family houses with contemporary interiors that will appeal to the most discerning of tastes. Currently under construction, completions are expected summer 2007.

There are two house types at Garristown, the four-bed detached measuring 174sq m (1,876sq ft) which is priced from 780,000; and the fourbed semi-detached measuring 126sq m (1,356sq ft) priced from 595,000.

A small development of just 20 high-spec homes in total, Garristown Orchard is within walking distance of Garristown village.

It is also convenient to the M1, M2, M50 and Dublin Airport. The nearby towns of Ashbourne and Swords with their many amenities, are a short drive away.
