Cloragh: a long way from run of the mill
Brenda McNally

THOSE looking for something different should opt for Cloragh Mills in Rathfarnham. This exciting refurbishment of an old mill on the banks of the Owendoher offers the best of luxury, location and lifestyle. It has proved popular and the last few units now remain.

Comprised of 26 luxury apartments and a limited number of duplex apartments it has stunning views and river walks.

The apartments are ready to move into, with spacious layouts and high-quality kitchens. Other features include built-in wardrobes and underground car-parking.

Cloragh Mills has been sensitively renovated using materials that emulate the old mill ruin, giving a timeless look. Work is well underway with completions expected in the next couple of weeks.

Sizes are good and prices commensurate with the location and standard of finish.
